Jarion, the owner came out to troubleshoot our disabled dishwasher. The first thing he did was lay out a moving blanket for his tools and any parts he removed from the dishwasher, nice touch! He was very thorough in his process, narrowed the problem down quickly. Great company to use for your appliance repairs!
Our dishwasher failed the afternoon of December 30 right before New Year’s Eve and a long weekend. I put in a request late December 30th and an outstanding technician was at our home before 9A.M on New Year’s Eve. He ran diagnostics and then replaced the entire motor for the dishwasher and was in and out in less than an hour. The service level was extraordinary and the repairman was extremely professional. He was timely, courteous and extremely protective of our wood floors. If I could I would give him and his company 100 stars.

W&W Services came to fix an issue with my built in refrigerator. They showed up on time and fixed the issue quickly and professionally. They were able to solve the issue without making us wait for parts. This is the second time we’ve used W&W, and I am satisfied with both visits.
